Subject: Problem receiving e-mail error= 0A02h (Remote system no longer responding
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Domino Server
Technical Area: Administration
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.3
Reproducible: Unknown
There is several e-mail servers from which, when receiving e-mail, errors are appear in log file (additional debugging switched on)
0 message[s] received
I found in log file:
18.02.2013 11:33:51,24 [0DBC:000B-1F50] SMTP CITask RecvErrorHandler> ERROR: (xx.xx.xx.xx) Receive failed (did not timeout), error = 0A02h (Remote system no longer responding)
18.02.2013 11:33:51,24 [0DBC:000B-1F50] SMTP CITask RecvErrorHandler> Running default handler, error = 0A02h (Remote system no longer responding)
18.02.2013 11:33:51 SMTP Server: mail.xxx.xx (xx.xx.xx.xx) disconnected. 0 message[s] received
On the other side (not Lotus domino server) there is also error in log file:
SMTP conversation starts ok:
EHLO mail.xxx.xx
<-- 250-xxxxx.xx Hello xxx.xx ([x.x.x.x]),
pleased to meet you ....
--> MAIL From:....
SIZE=201112
Sender OK...
Everything ok - normail conversation - until try to data sending then error is appear
Socket connection closed by the other side (how rude!) * Winsock Error 10053 Connection abort.
Connection closed
I played with RBL list (turn off/on) but without effect. There is also interesting that some messages are received but all message with attachment (regardless attachment size) are stopped/dropped as described in log files.
Any idea?
